produce fertilizer: Pulls lever to feed dry materials from
storage hopper into mixer. Observes gauges and turns valves to
admit specified amoutns of liquids, such as ammonia and sulfuric
acid, into mixer. Stops mixer after specified time and turns
handwheel or pulls lever to dump batch onto conveyor.
